The Boston Chapter of the Oncology Nursing Society is proud to offer its members both educational events and scholarships to further promote professional growth of Oncology Nurses.

2025 BONS Scholarships

BONS offers scholarships year round for the following:

  • ​ONS Congress

  • Conference attendance

  • OCN & AOCN Certification and Re-Certification examinations

  • Continuing Education

  • Attendance at Institutes of Learning

  • Course required for a Degree Program

 

BONS Scholarships

​

BONS is thrilled to offer its members up to $10,000 in scholarships annually, providing conference reimbursement up to $500 and at least $1000 per student in an enrolled accredited institution of higher learning.

The scholarship funds are awarded to the most qualified candidates for any of the following bulleted options above.

Should you be awarded a BONS scholarship, the following stipulations are to be met:​

  • Commitment to the BONS Program Committee for 1 year

  • A presentation following completion of attendance, certification, or completion of a course to the BONS Program Committee
